Shipping Air Plants in Cold Weather

When your daytime temperatures are below freezing, add this item to your order and upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout for the safest and fastest delivery to ensure your plant's health.

Your order does not need a heat pack if:

● Your daytime temps are above freezing (32ºF) and your nighttime temps are below freezing.

● Your daytime temps are above freezing (32ºF or above).

Your order does need a heat pack if:

● Your daytime temps are below freezing (32ºF or below).

● You are expecting sleet or freezing rain in your area.

Helpful Tip:

If your daytime temperatures are below freezing and you are not home when the mail arrives, you may want to ship the plant to your daytime location (i.e. your workplace) or have a neighbor pick up the package for you. This will prevent the plants from sitting in the freezing cold.

If you choose not to add a heat pack and your plant arrives damaged due to cold weather, you will not receive a replacement nor a refund.

If you do add a heat pack and the plant arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of arrival at info@SoulFullGrows.com with pictures and I will send you a replacement.

If your item arrives damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, contact me within 48 hours of arrival at info@SoulFullGrows.com with pictures and I will replace your item ASAP.
